The win is the largest for this jackpot, easily eclipsing the $1,326,244 average win and seeking out the previous record of $3.2 million.
This jackpot is tied to the Gladiator slot, which is based on the 2000 blockbuster film featuring Russell Crowe. The jackpot grows with each spin of the reels, and is set off when players are able to advance to the jackpot bonus round and can fill the reels with nine gold helmets.
