KISS Wants to Launch Mississippi Casino

This story was published more than 4 years ago.

American rock legends KISS is looking to launch a casino based on their brand in the state of Mississippi, entering negotiations with a development company to try and strike a deal.

The property would be at the former Margaritaville Casino in Biloxi, and would be run by The RAM Group. The site has a 68,000 square foot area for gambling space, and has been closed since 2014. A proposed hotel attached to the property hasn't been completed. KISS is known for merchandising their band for an array of different endeavors, including pinball machines, lighters, and even condoms.

If a casino does come to pass, it would likely feature the Rock & Brews restaurant chain, which Gene Simmons and Paul Stanley are involved in. RAM says that they're meeting with the state's gaming regulators for approval, and will likely be moving forward to renovate the property in the near future.

We'll keep readers updated as the story develops.

Nothing says tacky to me quite like KISS branded anything. I couldn't imagine what the gaming floor would look like.
