Delaware's iGaming industry saw revenues jump 38.8% in January, with the total coming in at $387,865 during the period.

The revenue was up from $279,541 last year, and the amount wagered was also up $2.8 million. Revenues were also 26.6% than the total generated in December 2019. Video lottery (slots) games generated $249,548 in revenue, while table games generated $107,037. Online poker rake accounted for $31,280 in revenues.

Players in the First State wagered $10.2 million and ended up winning $9.9 million.

Delaware is one of the smallest states in terms of online betting, as the population is only one million, much smaller than the 10 million in nearby New Jersey or the 13 million in Pennsylvania. Thus, it's hard to see the state competing dollar-wise, although it does appear that the industry is starting to grow within Delaware.
