Casino gaming group Pinnacle has announced that they've signed a content deal with Canadian betting group Askott Entertainment, which will see the former providing trading and risk management services to the latter's Chameleon Gaming platform.

The agreement will see Pinnacle, who has extensive experience in the eSports industry, and Askott working together to integrate casino betting into the Chameleon platform, which offers wagers during eSports events and also includes streaming. The hope is that by working together, they'll be able to fully flesh out the platform and draw more interest from casino operators.

Commenting on the deal Askott CEO Scott Burton said, "We believe the only way to innovate in this sector is to have control over the value chain and be vertically integrated. It is our goal to become an integrated one-stop shop for people who want to launch brands targeting the audience of tomorrow."

Pinnacle Trading Director Marco Blume added: "We have worked closely with Askott on the development of our new API and are happy to transform this pilot project into a long-term partnership. Askott combines the best of passion for esports, tech and igaming and we are happy that our product can be used to enhance their offering."
