Betting group SoftSwiss has announced that they've purchased Kingswin Online, allowing the group to enter the Estonian gaming market as a result.
The consideration paid by SoftSwiss hasn't been published, but the group confirmed that the deal has been completed, absorbing an operator that they've been providing software with since 2015. The purchase comes a month after SoftSwiss announced that they'd purchased Novomatic subsidiary Greentube.
Commenting on the deal SoftSwiss founder Ivan Montik said, "SoftSwiss's acquisition of Kingswin provides a major growth opportunity for both our businesses through an extended service offering for our clients.
"With a range of high profile clients, the acquisition of Kingswin supports the SoftSwiss strategy to lead the market and provide a complete online gaming solution in various counties."
