The state of Indianapolis has released their sportsbetting numbers for the month of October, with the amount wagered reaching $91.7 million during the activity's second month in operation.

The total of $91.7 million wagered is higher than the $34.5 million wagered during the month of September. Retail wagers placed amounted to $43.7 million, while online betting amounted to $48 million in wagers. Football wagers saw $41 million bet, with baseball bringing in $10.5 million.

More than half of wagers came through the Ameristar in East Chicago, with most of that total coming from the DraftKings mobile site.

$1 million in tax revenue from the activity was raised for the state's coffers.

Well, that's quite a raise in revenues compared to the previous month...almost 3x times more...that's more than impressive.
