Online betting site ComeOn has launched their brand in Denmark after the Cherry subsidiary obtained a Danish gaming license.
The operator will be able to offer their sportsbook and online casino services to players in the country, and comes after ComeOn was granted a five year license from the Danish Gambling Authority. The news is good for Cherry, who recently pulled their product from the UK, citing regulatory uncertainty.
ComeOn CEO Lachene Merzoug spoke about the launch, noting: "We are really happy to be able to offer our flagship brand, ComeOn.com, to Danish players. At ComeOn, we are strong supporters of local regulations and it feels great to add yet another regulated market to the list of companies we operate in.
"We have a strong Danish team that are eager to start and some really great things coming up."
ComeOn also holds gaming licenses in Finland, Denmark, Sweden, Poland, Malta, and the German state of Schleswig-Holstein. The site is available for play now at the ComeOn.com domain.
