Parx Casino Launches in New Jersey

Parx Casino has announced that they've launched an online betting site in New Jersey, reaching outside of Pennsylvania for the first time.

The operation will feature an online sportsbook that launched last Friday and offers wagers on different events. Those that want to use the book will have to be physically located within the state of New Jersey and aged 21 years or older. The service will be available on both desktop and mobile devices, letting punters get in on the action from wherever they want.

New Jersey has proven to be a lucrative online betting market, and stands as the most successful in the United States. The Garden State has also been a hotbed for sportsbetting as gamblers flock to books around the state to get their wagers in for football, hockey, and basketball games.

The Parx sportsbook will be powered by GAN, and the company's CEO Dermot Smurfit said, "This represents an incremental revenue opportunity for GAN and is a logical extension of our technology infrastructure to serve Parx Casino patrons who routinely cross the invisible border between these two populous states."
