Yesterday a punter playing Playtech's Age of the Gods video slot hit the game's Ultimate Power Jackpot for a huge $1,015,688 cash prize.
We haven't gotten any word on the win, but our exclusive jackpot tracker picked up the win, which is the 69th (nice) that we've tracked. The prize is above the $669,877 average that's hit, and below the record of $1,365,801 that was hit at Titan Casino in 2011.
The jackpot was originally tied to the Marvel video slots in the Playtech library, but the company's licensing for the games expired and they had to create new slots to tie the prizes to. The jackpot is awarded randomly and does grow with every spin of the reels until it's hit.
We'll follow the PR from casinos and let you know when details on the big win pop up.

Oh, really, I think that this progressive Jackpot goes up rather quickly these days.
I don't really like the pooled games, but the trigger frequency and amounts are very nice!!!
It's a great hit obviously, pretty high above the average for this one and quite close to the max hit ever so nothing but congrats for that punter's perseverance...well I'm just guessing here.
