Aristocrat/Ainsworth Hearing Delayed to September

The Federal Court of Australia has announced that they've delayed the first hearing for a lawsuit where Aristocrat is suing Ainsworth Game Technology over reported IP theft.

The first hearing was supposed to be on July 17th, but this has been delayed to September 4th. No reason for the delay was given, but both parties are required to file paperwork by August 28th. Aristocrat is suing Ainsworth over the company using its intellectual property. Although we don't know the exact violation, rumors are swirling that they're related to Aristocrat's Lightning Link slots.
