Gaming group William Hill US has announced that they've partnered with the Mescalero Apache Tribe, and will enter the New Mexico gaming market by launching a sportsbook at the Inn of the Mountain Gods Resort & Casino.
The group will now power a sportsbook at the resort, offering the chance for visitors to place bets down on a variety of sporting events. The deal is the first in New Mexico for William Hill, who already operates in a variety of different states, including Nevada.
Commenting on the agreement Inn of the Mountain Gods COO Frizzell Frizzell Jr said, "Over the years, our customers have come to expect a high level of service and the best casino offerings possible. Our sportsbook will be no exception.
"Together with William Hill, we will offer state-of-the-art betting technology, and innovative wagering opportunities including in-play options.
"We know this is something our customers have been looking forward to and we're thrilled to be able to partner with the best in the business to bring it to them."
The book will launch at the resort sometime during the summer.
