A lucky lottery player from North Carolina changed his life forever when he used the numbers on his fortune cookie to win the Powerball jackpot for $344.6 million.
The big winner is Charles W. Jackson Jr., who ended up hitting all of the numbers thanks to the lucky numbers found on the fortune cookie that his granddaughter gave him. Jackson says that he initially thought he won a "mere" $50,000 but realized he had all of the numbers in the drawing.
What was the new millionaire's reaction when he realized he hit it big? "I said, 'Dang, I got them all,'" Jackson remarked.
Jackson is taking the $223 million lump sum payment and is giving $1 million to his brother. He didn't reveal if he was giving any dough to his granddaughter, but he doesn't think the win will change him much. "I'm still going to wear my jeans - maybe newer ones," he said.

After that I could say only...Wow!...tell me there's no fortune than... 😉
What are the chances of that, I don't think that I will ever see a fortune cookie the same again after reading this and I'm going to be purchasing some very soon aswell

Wow that is some crazy lucky fortune cookie and a crazy lucky guy! I can only wish I had that type of luck.
I still can't decide if that is generous or stingy.

Ha-ha...nice question Ed, right on the money 😉 I'm not too sure either about it.
Lambino emphasized a good point there...it's like... here's your mill don't come and ask for more in future...
1 million isn't bad! At least he got something 🙂
That would be one serious drawback of winning a massive jackpot....people coming out of the woodwork asking for a share. You're damned if you do and damned if you don't.
