Get set to head back to the mid-1980's and don your gaudy sunglasses, as Evolution Gaming has launched their newest game 'Side Bet City', which is a live dealer style affair.
The game is broadcast from a studio that's decked out in fluorescent lighting along with knickknacks associated with the period and dealers dressed for the part. The game is poker based and see players not going against the dealer, but instead betting on whether they'll win on a 3 card hand, 5 card hand, 7 card hand, or Lose All Hands.
The title allows for unlimited players and is spread across desktop and mobile platforms.
A preview of the game can be seen below:
Commenting on the launch Evolution Chief Product Officer Todd Haushalter said, "We are very excited by the potential of Side Bet City because it adds something very different and distinctive to our already wide choice of poker variants. Side Bet City is a fast, simple live poker game with big payouts, all wrapped in a 1980s' theme."
"We feel the game will attract the widest range of players with the way the game plays out. Players new to poker will love it because it's an easy and entertaining introduction to the game. More experienced poker players, meanwhile, will also find the game huge fun because it presents a different kind of poker challenge and also because there are big payouts on offer of up to 1000 to 1."
Side Bet City is available for play now at casinos offering Evolution's live dealer library.
