Bet365 Launches Mexican Betting Site

This story was published more than 4 years ago.

Casino gaming firm bet365 has launched a new betting site tailored for the Mexican gaming market with their bet365.mx domain.

The company launched the site after it was given the go-ahead by the Dirección General de Juegos y Sorteos (DGJS). The site will let customers bet on different sports, and sees bet365 partnering with Ganador Azteca (Aztec Winner) to provide the services. Ganador was granted a 25-year gaming license, and it looks like bet365 will be operating underneath them for the foreseeable future.

Mexico is a newer online betting market, as less than 1% of residents have wagered online. If bet365 can earn some clout in the country, it's likely that Mexico could prove to be a popular market for the UK-based company.
