Over the weekend a punter spinning the reels on a Wheel of Fortune video slot at the Venetian in Las Vegas hit it big, taking home a $1.8 million Jackpot.
The player ended up picking up the win on a $1 machine with a $5 bet. The win took place late into the night, coming at about 3 in the morning. Needless to say, a sleepless night likely became longer, as we can't imagine that they slept too well after that.
After everything was totaled up, the lucky player walked away with $1,883,896.27.
The Venetian is one of the nicer casino resorts on the Las Vegas Strip. It opened in 1999 and features a Venice, Italy theme, including canals where you can ride Gondolas.
