Mansion Gets Irish Sportsbook License

This story was published more than 4 years ago.

UK betting firm Mansion Group has announced that they've been granted an Irish sportsbetting license, which will translate to the company's different brands.

The licensing will allow Mansion Casino, Slots Heaven, and Casino.com getting the ability to offer sports wagers within the country. The company has never operated their sportsbetting product in the country before. Mansion is working to build their branding within Ireland, having sponsored multiple boxing, football, and horse racing events.

Mansion CEO Karel Manasco spoke about the licensing, noting: "It's exciting to have Mansion licenced within Ireland. We recognise the size of the competition, but with over 15 years' experience in the industry and strong brand recognition, I believe we have the knowledge, paired with an impressive product to succeed."

Well, I guess it's a breakthrough for Mansion entering the Irish market .
From what I know they're quite popular in Britain so presumably I thought they've had been licensed there previously but apparently that hasn't been the case till now.
