Red Tiger Gets Gibraltar License

This story was published more than 4 years ago.

Casino game designer Red Tiger Gaming has announced that they've been granted a gaming license in Gibraltar, and will be opening a new office to help with operations in the jurisdiction.

The licensing will allow Red Tiger to partner up with casinos that hold licenses through the jurisdiction. Major operators such as 888, BetVictor, and several others use Gibraltar as a hub, and this license will allow the slot developer to work with them.

Commenting on the licensing Red Tiger CEO Gavin Hamilton said, "We're delighted to have been given the seal of approval by the Gibraltar regulator. Obtaining a licence and establishing a presence in Gibraltar is a logical progression for us as our business in Gibraltar continues to go from strength to strength, with big operators like BetVictor, Addison Global, and 888 already added to our long client list there this year.".

"This continues the great momentum that Red Tiger has gathered during the course of the last 12 months and follows the award of similar licenses in Malta and Alderney."

Red Tiger has been undergoing a period of expansion this year, gaining licenses in the jurisdictions of Italy, Denmark, and the recently opened Sweden.

Red Tiger have been doing great job lately signing a supplement deals and spreading their games around in the last few months (maybe the most active game developer in that regard lately) but obtaining a Gibraltar license would probably raise their business to a whole new level I suppose.
