NetEnt's 'Dead or Alive 2' Slot Goes Live

Swedish game designer NetEnt has announced that they've launched their 'Dead or Alive 2' slot, which takes players to the Wild West for a chance to score some nice prizes.

The game is a 5 reel, 9 payline video slot that takes place on the main road of an Old West town, complete with cattle skulls, wagon wheels, and the desert. Symbols in the game include whiskey, six shooters, boots, cowboys, and cowgirls. Features in the game include scatters, wilds, free spins, and the wild line that came in the first game.

Dead or Alive 2 is the sequel to Dead or Alive, which has served as one of NetEnt's most popular video slots since it launched a few years back. This iteration has both desktop and mobile compatibility baked in, giving players the chance to play on whatever device they desire.

A preview of the slot can be seen below:

Commenting on the launch NetEnt's Henrik Fagerlund said, "Given Dead or Alive's immense and enduring popularity, it is a real responsibility to deliver a sequel to a game held in such high esteem. We've listened to the players and the slot community in this project to help ensure that Dead or Alive 2 is the best game it can possibly be."

"We are incredibly pleased with - and proud of - the outcome of Dead or Alive 2 and are sure it will be a hit with those who love the original as well as a whole new generation of fans. It's definitely a game for fans of high volatility."

Dead or Alive is NetEnt's most over-rated slot IMHO. This will be a skip for me.

Well I guess it's so popular because of the whole wild west -cowboy theme but to be honest I've had just a couple of short spells playing at it and I can't remember being fascinated...hopefully this would be an improved version..by much.

It's nice to hear that it can pay out big. It's a tall order to live up to the reputation of its predecessor for huge payouts. Though I do agree that playing the original is like watching paint dry until you get to the bonus round.

Well, I played this game the other day, and yeah, the win can be very big with 3 different features.

I don't really like the Blood Sucker 2, but DOA 2 is better than the original version.

Good luck.

I like the new DOA slot, I like that there are several bonus features to choose from. However, I still haven't got any big wins on it.
