UK betting firm MansionBet is hoping to sock it to their competition by sponsoring boxers Anthony Fowler and Jordan Gill, gaining marketing exposure in the process.
The Fowler sponsorship will be for four fights, and the Gill fight will be for one. The first event will be Gill vs Dominguez, which takes place on March 2nd, while Fowler vs Fitzgerald will occur on March 30th. Mansion, which has land casinos and online presence, has signed multiple boxing sponsorships in the past. The group has deals in place with Dillan Whyte, Lee Selby, George Groves, and others.
"This is another exciting opportunity for us to support British Boxing and strengthen the MansionBet name throughout the UK sports world, as well as having our brand featured live on Sky Sports," said Mansion Managing Director Shelly Suter Hadad.
Anthony Fowler spoke about his new deal as well, noting: "MansionBet are a massive brand. I'm ecstatic about this partnership as it's such an ambitious company and it's great to have them on board supporting me."
I think British boxing have been on the rise in the last few years and this deal is another answer to the question why is that...a huge gambling (and not only) companies have been involved as a sponsors to the sport so it seems there's a lot of money circling there right now.
