This story was published more than 1 year ago.

Sports odds specialist Don Best issued a warning to their customers that they've been hacked with malware, which has put some data at risk.

The breach occurred in October 2018 while the company was integrating their software with Scientific Games, which has purchased the former. The attack was in the form of malware and took place between October 12th and the 28th. During the attack, data such as names, addresses, phone numbers, usernames, and passwords were all intercepted.

Don Best says that they don't believe credit card numbers were put at risk, even though they were part of the same database that was breached. Any customers of Don Best are being urged to change their passwords, and if anything suspicious has been detected with regards to credit cards, to freeze those cards and contact authorities.

Don Best provides data revolving around sportsbetting, with 100 sportsbetting partners around the world.
