Mohegan Sun Pocono to Host Kindred for Online Play

This week the Mohegan Sun Pocono announced that they've partnered with the Kindred Group to allow the latter to offer online betting services within the Keystone State.

The agreement will see Kindred's Unibet platform offering casino games and a sportsbook, with the company agreeing to also put in a physical sportsbetting lounge at the property. The partnership is good for the next five years, and if all goes well, there will be additional five year extensions available. Kindred is also operational in New Jersey and is looking to expand into more states within the American market.

Commenting on the agreement Mohegan Gaming and Entertainment VP of Interactive Gaming Aviram Alroy said, "We've aligned with one of the best online casino and sport book operators in online regulated markets which will allow us to offer best in class experience to our existing customers as well as attracting new ones," Mohegan Gaming and Entertainment vice-president interactive gaming."

"Introduction of the Kindred offering to the market is a great positive for Mohegan Sun as well as the state of Pennsylvania."

Kindred Senior VP of the US Market Manuel Stan added: "We are excited and proud to extend our US footprint into one of the largest US states to regulate both online sports betting and casino.
