Quickspin Enters Italian Online Market

Internet betting group Quickspin announced that they've entered a partnership with PokerStars and will gain access to the Italian betting market as a result.

The agreement will see Quickspin providing their slot library to PokerStars' casino brand in Italy. Quickspin is owned by Playtech and is known for their slots, which include titles like Phoenix Sun and Sakura Fortune, which have proven to be quite popular. Quickspin's ties to Playtech have proved fruitful to the developer, which has scored deals with the Kindred Group, Danske Spil, Mr Green, LeoVegas, and Betsson.

Speaking about the agreement Quickspin CEO Daniel Lindberg said, "We are delighted to have secured a deal with Pokerstars. Going live with them is exciting for us and continues our exciting plans for expansion. We live and breathe slots and are passionate about what we do. Our mission is to create ones that players love, and we're looking forward to taking the country by storm with some of our most exciting games."

We don't have a timetable for the integration of the games as of press time, but it's likely that the games will go live in the near future.
