This story was published more than 1 year ago.

Internet gaming firm MansionBet announced this week that they've signed a sponsorship deal with Doncaster Racecourse and will sponsor the Doncaster National Hunt Jumps event taking place on December 29th.

The agreement will make MansionBet the title sponsor for what will now be known as the "MansionBet Twixmas Raceday", which will be taking place on Saturday. The event will include a variety of races such as The Listed Yorkshire Silver Vase Mare's Steeple Chase, which carries a purse of £75,000. The event will be seen on ITV4, and will give MansionBet extended visibility throughout the lucrative UK market.

Speaking about the deal Mansion COO Shelly Suter said, "This is an exciting addition to our recently announced sponsorship of 38 fixtures over the coming year. We are thrilled to continue our support of British horse racing and to strengthen the Mansion brand with the MansionBet Twixmas Raceday."

Doncaster Racecourse Executive Director Russell Smith added: "We are delighted to welcome MansionBet to Doncaster Racecourse, we thank them for their support of our final fixture of the year, and we look forward to working with the MansionBet team to help build their brand within the sport in 2019."

I think Mansion Bet has a long traditions promoting through sport teams and events mainly in UK and obviously strategically it's been working well for them over the years so they just looking to benefit sponsoring another famous horse racing event I think.

Have you ever bet on horse racing? I did it for the first time in Cyprus this September. It's very popular there. I thought i am going to win my first ever bet but my horse fall down:) I never was interested in this but after my first bet i felt inside strong voice saying me - bet again 🙂 But i didnt because i was afraid to leave betting shop with empty wallet. And i made this bet just because my sport bets were already made and i still had some coffe to drink so what to do..?🙂

Ha-ha, an interesting story Vanilipas..I guess you've been unlucky there.

No I've had never being tempted to bet on horse racing but I guess it's because I've never been to a real horse racing event and online...I guess it's not the same feeling...but you never know I might do that someday.
