On the same day that they announced that they're adding NetEnt games to their library, Veikkaus announced that they've also signed a content deal with Yggdrasil Gaming and will add the developer's games to their site as well.
The agreement will see all of Yggdrasil's 45 games being ported over to Veikkaus, which serves as Finland's only officially sanctioned online betting site. The casino has more than 700,000 punters playing every week. Yggdrasil has really impressed over the past year or so, as the quality of their games has improved to rival the output of much larger studios. No timetable for the integration of the games was not available as of press time.
Yggdrasil CEO Fredrik Elmqvist spoke about the deal, revealing: "We are thrilled to join forces with such a professional and established business as Veikkaus and look forward to a long and mutually beneficial relationship."
Veikkaus VP of Casino Games Jan Hagelberg added: "We are happy to join with Yggdrasil team to bring its unique and innovative games to our loyal players. Yggdrasil casino content is proven to perform well across regulated markets and we are confident our players will enjoy them on a regular basis."

I'm sure those players will latch on to Yggdrasil very quickly. They blasted up my favorites list probably just in the Las 10-15 months really. I love playing many of their games, they also drive me mad at the same time lol.
I agree with you completely, Yggdrasil slots are are also one of my favorite providers but this year they have been restricting south africans from playing thier games which is a huge disappointment, hopefully the remaining casinos allowing allowing us to still play thier slots won't pull the games from us
Yeah, both deals should be a great addition to the Veikkaus punters, they add a couple of the more recognizable developers on the market.
It's been a while since I last played at some of the Yggdrasil's slots though...probably have to check them again.
