Betting groups Scout Gaming and Metric Gaming have announced that they've signed an agreement that will see both working together to target the US sportsbetting market.
The agreement will see both groups working in conjunction to offer services in the regulated American sportsbetting market, by giving each side access to the other's products. The two groups specialize in pool betting, fantasy sports, and traditional sportsbetting. The American market is set to explode in the wake of the Supreme Court's ruling that struck down the PASPA sportsbetting ban.
Commenting on the deal Scout Gaming CEO Andreas Ternstrom said, "We are experiencing interest from operators ready to launch a sportsbook offering in the United States as well as parties that have already launched."
"Metric Gaming has a world-class sportsbook which, like our platform, is based on the latest technology. Through the collaboration, a leading offer for the American market, where Metric Gaming resides, will be created. At the same time, Scout Gaming gets an even broader offering for the European market by gaining access to sports odds."
Metric Gaming CEO Martin De Knijff added: "We see great potential in the partnership with Scout Gaming since our products complement each other perfectly. To come up with a full-scale offering consisting of the two best products on the market is something I believe will be nothing short of successful."

This is a huge example of how two brands dealing in same business sector could collaborate instead of compete to each other and thus benefiting instead of standing of each others way because of it.
I think not everyday we could read about partnership like this and I it seems to be quite fruitful in the still early days of what's expected to be ever progressing US sportsbetting market.
