Australian gaming giant Aristrocrat Leisure revealed this week that they're considering launching their Oasis 360 management to Asia as a way to help enhance its standing in the growing region.
The announcement was made by the company at the Global Gaming Expo in Las Vegas, with the company showing that there's been casino clients within the Asian region that have expressed interest in adopting the solution. Oasis 360 helps on the backend of casino systems, providing accounting, marketing, and more.
Speaking to the public about the interest Aristocrat's Lloyd Robson said, "We don't have a system in Asia per se but we've had a number of customers through G2E over the past few days that have expressed an interest in our Oasis 360 system. In the last quarter back in Asia there have also been some requests around systems with Aristocrat."
He added that "While we are a very strong product and content player in Asia, systems are not something that we have typically pursued in recent years, but on the back of this show and the momentum globally, it's something that we really want to explore."
Potential landing spots for the platform include land casinos in Vietnam, Macau, and the Philippines.
We'll be keeping an eye on the story and will update readers as we learn more.

Apparently there's a number of companies interested in Oasis management product and that's probably because of the still not fully developed Asian operators and I guess Aristrocrat would try to benefit from that in full signing as many deals as they probably could.
