Gaming group LeoVegas has announced that they've taken an important step in enhancing the player experience in Sweden by integrating with the country's BankID identification system.
The integration will help players register and log into the LeoVegas website faster. The system allows customers to integrate with various banks, companies, and other groups within Sweden to confirm their identity online. The service works for more than just LeoVegas, and can be used with other eCommerce websites as well.
Speaking about the integration LeoVegas CEO Gustaf Hagman said, "With BankID we are now offering the best product on the market in Sweden. For new and existing customers we provide a very smooth and simple log-in and registration experience while giving them access to the market's broadest offering of casino games and sports betting. Yeah, the registration and confirming ID process could quite annoying sometimes so I guess from that perspective the implementation of a new identification system by Leo Vegas could be a pretty useful tool for them in the fight to be amongst the top brands in Sweden and in the process of enlarging the player's base of course.
