After months of development Swedish game designer NetEnt has released their Jumanji slot, which is based on the original film that featured Robin Williams.
The game is a 5 reel, 100 payline video slot that takes place on the board game itself, complete with the wildlife from the film filling the reel symbols. The game has a lot of craziness going on, with a monkey dancing on the side of the game and a bunch of large bugs flying around. The game's features include free spins, wild symbols, wild reels, sticky wilds, and shuffled symbols to create a guaranteed win.
Commenting on the launch NetEnt CPO Henrik Fagerlund said, "The Jumanji movie was a great success and we know it has fans all over the world. Making a slot game true to the fantastic features of the movie has been challenging but most of all great fun. We found a way of incorporating both board game features and all the excitement into a slot game and the game has already been well received by players!"
A video preview of the game has been released and can be viewed below:

Looks good, sounds good, the hype for Netents Jumanji slot would seem, except usually with this much hype, comes very large expectations, and is followed by a lot of disappointment from the players. I hope I'm wrong
I like the fact it's the theme is based on the original movie, 100 paylines seems a bit too much to me as your stack could gone pretty quickly but still tend to take a shot at this slot.
I tried this game today. I was so excited because I used to love the movie Jumanji, when I was a kid, it terrified me but was also absolutely one of a kind. But I was a bit upset when I played it- the payouts seemed quite low and feature hard to trigger..
I tried Jumanji before.
Unlike Planet of Apes slot, this slot doesn't really have any character, but, they use the title 'Jumanji' and some features in the movies into the slot game.
Overall, this game can be good for fun, but not really for high winnings.
Good luck.
I liked the sound features and it really does give you a feeling of the movie. But somehow the freespins seem very hard to trigger and overall it pays low.
