This week the Pennsylvania lottery launched a new iLottery system for residents, which will allow for internet lottery games to be played on desktop and mobile devices.
The new games available let punters in the Keystone State play scratch card games as well as keno and virtual sports titles for real money. The titles are being provided through Scientific Games and feature titles from NYX Gaming as well as games from SG themselves. The top prize available on the games is $250,000. Currently, the number of titles offered is limited, but the selection is expected to grow as more titles are released.
Commenting on the launch Pennsylvania Lottery Executive Director Drew Svitko said, "Pennsylvania iLottery games are a fun, new way to play and win from home or while on the go. iLottery is a big part of our effort to meet our players where they already are while generating new funds to benefit older Pennsylvanians."
SG Digital CEO Matt Davey added: "The combination of Scientific Games and NYX earlier this year created a global digital leader across iLottery, igaming and sports betting that offers a breadth of technology, content and managed services to Pennsylvania Lottery and lotteries worldwide."

To be honest I'm not much of a fan of these scratch games, in the last years they've been very popular here and I guess they will raise in popularity in Pennsylvania too especially when the prize could reach the really tempting hight of 250 000$
