Casino software designer Patagonia Entertainment has announced that they've struck a purchase agreement with AutoGameSYS for a reported €20 million.
The agreement will see Patagonia adding the gaming platform to their portfolio of holdings, which will feature more than 2,000 games as well as a sportsbetting platform. Patagonia services the Latin American region, and this move will help bolster their offering in the area.
Commenting on the purchase Patagonia's Victor Arias said, "Our AutoGameSYS acquisition is the latest step in our growth strategy to maintain our position at the forefront of Latam's igaming market.
"It delivers an all-in-one solution to give clients a turnkey platform ready to quickly operate in any regulated market in the world."
