The Ocean Resort Casino in Atlantic City announced this week that they're planning on opening a sportsbook powered by WIlliam Hill when they officially open for operations on June 28th.
The former Revel Casino will be planning to launch the book when it opens up, allowing punters at the New Jersey casino to get a wager in on most major sporting events throughout the world. While William Hill may have a crummy online casino (check out our review), their sportsbook is a major player in Nevada, and they are poised to spread with the further adoption of sportsbetting in the country. William Hill already has an agreement to power a sportsbook at Monmouth Park, a horseracing track in New Jersey.
The ORC Sportsbook would take up 7,500 square feet of gaming floor at the casino, and feature suites for high-level punters placing bets on events.
New Jersey had its sportsbetting case go its way at the U.S. Supreme Court earlier this month, and lawmakers are now fast-tracking a bill through the legislature to allow for sportsbetting at casinos and racetracks throughout the state.

It's tough to imagine how the William Hill is a synonym of a famous spoortsbook really and in the same time their casino is so bad, it's just weird, at least the NJ punters will get the better part of it.
