Cherry AB Purchases More of Almor Holding

Betting group Cherry AB has announced that they've opted to pick up an additional 7.5% of betting group Almor Holding, bringing the company's holding to 90%.

The purchase price will run in at €4.4 million, and comes after Cherry bought 71% of the company in 2015 as well as other purchases of 4% and 7.5% shortly thereafter.

Cherry has the option to pick up the remaining 10% of Almor shares in the first half of 2019.

Almor Holding services the German market, providing online casino services and sportsbetting services. The company was founded in 2011 and is best known for its Sunmaker Casino brand.

That's how the business works isn't it, the bigger players on market buyout the smaller ones and it's quite natural of a process I think. Obviously Cherry AB doing the same with that until they will own whole of that company shares.
