£679,140 IGT MegaJackpots Progressive Won

This past weekend a punter playing an IGT video slot hit it big when they struck the IGT MegaJackpots Progressive for an impressive win totaling £679,140.

We're awaiting details on the win, but we can confirm that the jackpot was won, and is the 38th time we've picked up a win since December 2009. The jackpot pays out £849,553 on average, when its hit every 11 weeks. The largest prize won is £2,148,947, which was hit in September 2013. The jackpot is awarded completely randomly, with the prize attached to an array of different IGT video slots.

We'll be awaiting more details on the win and will update readers as the winning casino releases details on the jackpot.

The thing I like about this jackpot is the fact it's awarded randomly which means every punter has a chance to win it, not just those staking big as some of the other jackpots out there
