Tipico to Remain Title Sponsor of Bundesliga

Betting firm Tipico has announced that they've signed an extension to their sponsorship deal with the Bundesliga, and will remain the title sponsor of the league for the next two years.

The agreement will see the Bundesliga remaining the Tipico Bundesliga for the next two seasons, continuing a relationship that began in 2014. The agreement will also see Tipico getting exclusive marketing rights to use the name and other Bundesliga items for their branding. Tipico also sponsors the 2.Bundesliga tier league, with that agreement going through the 2021 season.

Commenting on the extension Tipico CCO Marlon van der Goes said, "Our engagement in Austria has been promoting local football since 2014 and we are proud of that. We look forward to the coming seasons and with the league reform to a new chapter in the Tipico Bundesliga."

Surely the Austrian market is keen for Tipico who will even own the local Bundesliga name from now on which should be another right move from them that probably would bring a lot of positives for them.
