Play'n GO Staff Nominated for Women in Gaming Awards

Internet casino game developer Play'n GO has announced that seven of their female staffers have been nominated for awards at the 2018 Women in Gaming Awards.

The award ceremony is set to be held on May 11th at the Savoy Hotel in London. The awards show the diversity of the iGaming industry, and has a series of different categories for nominations. Play'n GO is touting their female employees being nominated, with company CEO Johan Tornqvist saying, "I'd like to congratulate not just the many individuals who've been nominated for a 2018 Women in Gaming award, but also all of those within our organisation who continue to shape our culture for the better and go above and beyond."

"At Play'n GO, we want to make sure we build a culture that is suited to both men and women, and although a large proportion of our workforce is female, there's more we can do to ensure diversity and inclusivity is entrenched in every level of our hierarchy."

Play'n GO employees nominated for awards include:

  • Liana Misfud, Employee of the Year
  • Irina Tyberg, Hidden Talent of the Year (Operator)
  • Maria Nilsson, Industry Achiever
  • Ebba Arnred, Leader of the Year (iGaming)
  • Lena Yasir, Leader of the Year (iGaming)

Good for them, seems like Play'n Go will getting all the prizes lately and this one worth mentioning I think.
