Hard Rock Atlantic City to Open June 28th

This story was published more than 6 years ago.

The Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Atlantic City is announcing the opening of their property, which will launch to the public on June 28th.

The announcement was made by Hard Rock International, who bought the Trump Taj Mahal from Carl Icahn, who bought the property in a bankruptcy settlement. The company has put in $500,000,000 refurbishment to the property to bring it up to snuff with their other resorts. To live up to the Hard Rock name, the resort will have more than 200 nights of music and entertainment events during the year. Acts on the schedule include Trace Adkins, Blake Shelton, Kid Rock, and Amy Schumer.

When it opens, the Hard Rock will have 120 gaming machines and 2,100 slots, and will also feature a luxury hotel located right on the Atlantic City boardwalk.

We'll be following the opening of the property and will report whether or not the Hard Rock will host only betting from their location as details arise.

Obviously a huge investment from Hard Rock but I'm not worried at all about them, over the years they've shown that they are aware of how to develop their brand becoming one of the words most famous franchises, so I guess it would be another successful move for them.
