Online gambling affiliate group Gambling.com has announced that they've purchased Bookies.com as well as the group's additional domains under their umbrella.
The agreement will see Gambling.com getting control of all 76 domains under the Bookies.com umbrella. Some of these brands include Bookmakers.co.uk, FootballScores.com, and more. Some of the assets haven't been developed yet and mostly center around sportsbetting. Gambling.com will be paying £2,000,000 up front, with deferred compensation of £4.5 million, which will be paid over the course of the year.
Gambling.com works in a similar way to Casino Listings, referring players to betting sites and earning a commission in the process.
Commenting on the deal Gambling.com CEO Charles Gillespie said, "This is both the largest and most exciting acquisition we have done since we began acquiring in 2017. These websites perfectly complement our existing portfolio in terms of both increasing our sports betting market share and continuing with our focus on big brands and big domains."

I've had never been too sure how exactly CL works, shame on me 😳
I've visited both sides after reading that news and I think they both are pretty decent looking and most importantly offering a useful info to the punters.
