Casumo Adds Kambi Sportsbetting Products

This story was published more than 6 years ago.

Internet casino brand Casumo has announced that they've signed a content deal with Kambi and will offer the latter's sportsbetting platform as a result.

As a result of the deal Kambi will bring their full sportsbetting platform to Casumo, who'll then offer the event betting to their customers. The primary focus of the sportsbook will be football, but other sports will be able to be wagered on. Casumo has more of a recreational look and feel to it, so while the exact details of the book haven't been released, it's likely that the focus will be more casual than most other books out there.

Commenting on the agreement Kambi CEO Kristian Nylen said, "A combination of the Kambi sportsbook and Casumo's gamification expertise will attract a different player segment than what we've been used to, further strengthening the Kambi network. Moreover, this deal illustrates the flexibility of the Kambi technology, with Casumo widening the spectrum of operators currently adapting our technology to meet their own specific product and marketing requirements."

Casumo Head of Sportsbook Daniel Durrans also commented, adding: "We're delighted to have signed this deal with Kambi; this is an exciting and collaborative partnership across product and technology. Casumo is creating a brand new, more intuitive product experience for sports, built on Kambi's leading sportsbook platform."

Sounds like a good plan for Casumo, they are already a fine casino and implementing a spoortsbook platform should be a step forward, would not hurt them anyway.
