Online casino game developer Blueprint Gaming has announced that they've completed their purchase of Games Warehouse, and will begin integrating the company into its plans.
The agreement will see Games Warehouse's library of casino games being integrated into Blueprint's operations, while also maintaining their independent label. Games Warehouse employees will continue to work out of their English offices. The company was previously owned by the Harbour Group.
Speaking about the purchase agreement Blueprint Gaming Managing Director Matt Cole said, "We are very pleased to welcome the Games Warehouse team to Blueprint Gaming. They will support our growth by continuing to develop creative games as well as back Blueprint's development efforts. We are confident that the fit will work very well and we look forward to creating some innovative games together."
Harbour Group's Brandon Bezzant also commented, noting: "Games Warehouse first created the SWP market and more recently successfully evolved into a standalone games developer for online and mobile. We are sure that as a part of Blueprint Gaming and the Gauselmann Group, the team can go from strength to strength."

Obviously Blueprint doing quite good if they enlarge their business with a buys like that, certainly that's the way to go for every company in this business I think.
