Internet gaming firm Jackpotjoy Group announced this week that they had signed a 10 year agreement with UK developer Gaming Realms for the next 10 years.
The agreement will see JackpotJoy's gaming sites Starspins, Vera&John, Botemania, Costa Bingo, InterCasino, and Jackpotjoy getting access to Gaming Realms' services with preferred terms for the period of the agreement. The games included also involve titles from Slingo Originals, which puts out mobile games around the world.
Consideration for the deal wasn't available, but it was revealed that JackpotJoy has given Gaming Realms a loan worth £3.5 million. After the first year, JackpotJoy can opt to convert the principal of the loan into ordinary shares of the company.
We'll update readers as we learn more about the deal.

That's a long term deal, something which is not the most usual thing in online casino world I think but perhaps both brands believe it would take time before this partnership reaches it's full potential probably.
