Land and online gaming giant International Game Technology has announced that they've signed an agreement with the Optima Group to supply and distribute their sportsbetting platform.
The agreement will see IGT license out their sportsbetting platform to Optima, who will then manage and distribute the platform to markets around the world, save for the U.S., Canada, and Italy, which are under IGT supervision. Optima works with big name betting sites like Stan James, Nairabet, Colossus Bets, and more.
Speaking about the deal IGT International CEO Walter Bugno said, "IGT, as legacy GTECH, has successfully partnered with Optima since 2014 when we licensed our sports betting platform to them for a group of existing GTECH betting and gaming customers. With this new agreement, Optima will ensure that all IGT sports betting customers in the international market receive high-quality ongoing support, while benefitting from Optima's ability to develop and enhance the IGT sports betting platform."
Optima CEO Jacob Lopez Curicel added: "This strategic partnership gives Optima the opportunity to focus on our strength as a B2B Sports Betting provider in the international space. As a result, we can continue innovating on our previous investments in the IGT platform, and ensure a first-class experience for sports betting customers and their players."

I believe IGT platform is one of the best out there so nothing wrong to be spread around by Optima, this way would give more punters a chance having a quality experience while betting I think.
