This week it was revealed that former NHL hockey player Sami Helenius had his online casino affiliate website shut down by police in Finland.
Helenius launched the website Kasino Curt earlier this year, claiming that the site was the first legitimate casino marketing site within Finland. The website was geared toward Swedish players, as the site operated in the language and targeted players. The end result was a visit from the Finnish National Police, who concluded that Sami likely violated gambling laws within Finland. The key issue is that the website's Swedish language is also the second language in Finland, meaning that it was construed that the site was targeting Fins.
The bruiser decided to shut down the website than to fight the case in court, putting the following message on the page: "RIP Kasino Curt: 25.10.2017 - 8.12.2017."
Helenius had a career in the NHL as an enforcer. He played as a defenseman for the Calgary Flames, Tampa Bay Lightning, Dallas Stars, Colorado Avalance, and Chicago Blackhawks. He totaled 155 games played with 2 goals and 4 assists, along with 260 penalty minutes.

Don't know who's wrong or right in this one, I'm not sure I even get it, if you're targeting Swedish players than site must be on Swedish right? If it 's in English what would be the difference, there's many Finish who understand English too, right?!
