Internet gaming group Authentic Gaming has announced that they've been awarded a gaming license through the Romanian National Gambling Office, and can now offer games to operators in the country.

The licensing will now allow Authentic to provide their games to online operators that are regulated in the Eastern European country. The company is known for their Authentic series of roulette games, which includes a large number of variations. Romania has somewhat liberalized their online betting laws, allowing operators to provide games if they hold a license.

Commenting on the licensing Authentic Games Managing Director Jonas Delin said, "We are delighted to have been awarded a licence by the Romanian regulator, allowing us to offer our games and products to online operators in the market. There has been a surge in the popularity of live casino, and games streamed from real tables on the floors of real casinos, with real, human players, takes the experience to the next level."

"We already stream from one premium land-based casino in the country, so it's great to now be able to deliver that high definition footage to Romanian online operators in the market."
