Aspire Global Bolts from Australia

This week Aspire Global announce that they're the latest major gambling company to leave the Australian gambling market due to changing regulations.

The move was made in an announcement on the Aspire Global Media Relations page. Company CEO Tsachi Maimon said, "We regret having to leave a market, however, we expect to compensate for the lost business through intensified efforts in other regions. Consequently, we don't expect this to affect our long-term financial targets."

Aspire provides white label gaming solutions to casino operators around the world. They hold licenses in the UK, Malta, Denmark, Belgium, and Italy.

The Australian online gaming market is seeing an exodus of major gaming companies after the government voted to tighten restrictions on operators. Aspire likely won't be the last company to leave the country, and Casino Listings will keep updating readers as more operators bolt.

Once again sad but not really surprising news for Australian players. I hope there will be some casinos left otherwise it's really sad what the regulations have done.

No big loss for players, aside from their shareholders I guess. Aspire mostly runs mediocre casinos with tiny withdrawal limits and bonuses with insane wagering requirements.

Always play it safe! Consult our list of rogue casinos and warnings before depositing at a new casino.
