Internet casino game supplier Yggdrasil Gaming has announced the release of their newest video slot 'Valley of the Gods', which takes players back to Ancient Egypt.
The slot is a 5 reel, 45 payline video slot that takes place in front of the wonderous pyramids. The game has a great look and feel to it and includes an array of period-specific symbols. The game's features include win multipliers, extra spins, wild symbols, and more. The game is playable on both desktop and mobile devices, and has a posted RTP percentage of 96.2%.
Speaking about the game's launch Yggdrasil Head of Slots Jonas Strandman said, "Valley of the Gods deconstructs the ever-popular Egyptian theme and rebuilds it into a game that will truly stand the test of time." To achieve this, we have created an original game design concept, combining proven crowd-favourite features with new-to-market mechanics, all complemented with a grand soundscape and great visuals." The outcome is just as epic as we hoped for - a great adventure which will take our players on a journey filled with quality entertainment, exciting gameplay and legendary wins."
A video preview of the game has been released to YouTube and can be seen below:

Well, the Egyptian theme is probably preferred by many but not me...otherwise should be a decent slot I guess, but not my favourite developer I must admit.
I don't like the type of reel frames much. When it is launched, I will check about it anyway, because there are multipliers and add spins in the feature, which is rare among Yggdrasil slots.
Most of Yggdrasil slots are good for wagering and fun, but not really for high winnings.
I hope that this game can be a good-paying slot 🙂
I tried the game with some free spins and truth be told, it reminds me of Pyramid: Quest for Immortality from Netent. Not the biggest fan so far.
