This week a row between two illegal online betting groups led to the deaths of four people in Taiwan.
Two men and a woman were found executed at an office in Taoyuan last week, while the man who did the shooting killed himself after he was confronted by police. Chang Chun-hao was the man who committed the murders, and it is reported that he ran an illegal online betting site from an office. His small enterprise was affected by two of his victims in March, who somehow convinced more than a thousand customers to jump ship to their own product. This caused a large amount of distress to Chang, who was earning between 3-5 million New Taiwanese Dollars ($100,000 - $160,000) per month from his illegal site.
Enraged, Chang entered the office building and killed three people from the competing site execution style. There was a survivor of the attack, who hid under his desk and called police after Chang left the building. Police then saw the shooter and confronted him. A chase ensued, and once cornered Chang shot himself.
Online gambling is illegal in Taiwan, but this has not stopped punters from gambling, as they resort to illegal betting sites which are oftentimes tied to crime rings.

Oh, what a pitiful criminals... How the victims induced the players to the other site ? It is curious.
That is sad that people have to die for such things. Unfortunately things like that will keep happening cause illegal gambling will probably always exist.
