Internet casino Cashmio has announced that they're pulling out of the Australian betting market, citing the changing regulations in the country as the reason for the pullout.
The notification was sent in an email to customers and read:
"Hello everybody!
Today we've got a special announcement which brings great sorrow to us..
As you all know, the Australian market have been a bit shaky lately. You most probably had a lot of casinos closing this market.
Unfortunately, we have now run out of Kangaroos as well, and we need to let this market go for now.
But, that doesn't mean we won't come back to Australia, and hopefully sooner than later.
Keep your eyes peeled for more news about the Australians."
All Australian accounts will be closed as a result of the announcement, with the blockade coming in on June 27th. Those with positive balances in their account after closure will need to contact the customer support team at the casino to get funds out. Australian authorities are constricting the gambling market within the country, forcing many of the reputable online operators to leave the market.

This is definitely sad news for Australians. I just hope there still will be decent amount of good casinos left for them.
Yeah it's another one...hopefully all these casinos will be back someday but of course there would be some changes needed in the local gambling laws which I guess is less than likely thing to happen...at least in near future.
Another one bites the dust. Despite the messages, none of these casinos pulling out will be back unless they give up their European licenses and move to an unregulated jurisdiction with all the rogue casinos like Curacao or Costa Rica. There is a lot of support for the changes to the enforcement of the laws here and I don't see that changing any time soon.
