LeoVegas Launches Sports Operation in Ireland

Mobile betting group LeoVegas has announced that they've launched their new sportsbetting operation in Ireland after being granted a license to compete in the vertical.

The sportsbook will allow for wagering on a variety of sports such as football, rugby, basketball, and more. The service will be offered alongside the group's casino platform and will be integrated into the same site.

Speaking about the launch LeoVegas CEO Gustaf Hagman said, "We are very pleased that the license process and the launch has gone in record time. Again, it is the combination of our efficient team and our technology platform that allows us to customize our product and launch in a short time."

"Ireland is an exciting market and it will be interesting to follow how LeoVegas Sports is received."

Certainly great news for the Irish spportsbook punters I guess, never had a chance to test Leo Vegas sportsbook site but if it's as half as good as casino it would still be a nice place for the players I believe.
