Singapore Pools Suffers Technical Issues

This story was published more than 7 years ago.

Over the weekend 88 different Singapore Pools locations throughout the country suffered technical issues, resulting in players being unable to place bets or get their winnings.

The problems saw Singapore Pools shutting down payouts until Tuesday, while other betting services were shut off until Sunday evening. The technical issues were not caused by any hacking or criminals, but by a technical glitch that shut the services down.

As of press time the services have been restored at the retail locations, and punters can now collect their winnings on previously placed bets.

Well unfortunately things like that happen, but at least it's good that everything has been sorted out.
