The New Jersey online betting site Golden Nugget Casino has launched the United States' first licensed and regulated live dealer game suite, as NYX and Ezugi have completed the porting of the games to the casino.
Live dealer games allow punters the chance to play table games with real dealers, which are broadcast via webcam. Video of the action is streamed to players, who then make the call on which bets to place, and what decisions to make. Those decisions are then played out in real time by the dealer, giving the impression that you are really in on the action from the comfort of your home.
Commenting on the launch NYX Chief Product Officer Americas Kevin Vonasek said, "We are thrilled to be the first RGS supplier to deliver live dealer in regulated US markets via our award winning Open Gaming System (OGS) network. Live dealer bridges the gap between online and traditional bricks and mortar by engaging slightly younger players who typically play online while at the same time building trust with the traditional on property players who are not accepting of the digital representation of a game."
"As the history of US casino gaming has been dominated by brick & mortar casinos, Live Dealer is truly a great way to bring a similar gameplay experience into the palm of the player's hand."
Ezugi CEO Kfir Kugler also commented on the launch, noting: "We pride ourselves on giving players the most realistic gaming experience possible and we are excited to work with NYX to bring the first ever online live dealer solution to New Jersey." He added, "The OGS platform is a great delivery system for our market-leading content and we look forward to working with NYX to roll it out to more operators."

I remember article about this a little while ago and then I said I was wondering, which provider will offer the live games. I think it is a smart decision to add live games as nowadays all good casinos offer at least some.
Didn't know there wasn't live dealer online casino so far in US, obviously New Jersey making everything possible to implement all the aspects of the online gambling in US too and why not, US punters would love it probably.
